Our focus is to provide quality elevator service, repair, and modernization services to building owners, property managers, homeowner associations, and end users of elevator equipment throughout the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

Licenses & Certifications

Specialized Elevator Services holds the following Licenses to conduct business as an elevator company in the State of California:

GSA Contract License
Specialized Elevator Services holds a GSA Schedule Contract for Elevator and Escalator Preventative Maintenance and is certified to provide goods and services to the Federal Government.

California State Contractor’s License
The State of California certifies Specialized Elevator Services as a certified contractor according to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

Certified Qualified Conveyance Company
The State of California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health certify Specialized Elevator Services as a Certified Quality Conveyance Company according with the provisions of section 7311.3 California Labor codes.

Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanics / City of Los Angeles Elevator Mechanics
All of our mechanics hold the required license by the State of California Department of Industrial Regulations Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the City of Los Angeles.
